Refund Policy
Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival.
Conditions for Refund
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and damage must be submitted via WhatsApp or email.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
